UB City is located in Ashok Nagar, Bangalore. There are many ways to reach to UB City. The city of Bangalore has the facility of metros. And nearest metro to UB City is Vidhan Soudha in the purple. The city has the facility of Uber, Ola, and other private taxi services.

It consists of 6 blocks, UB Tower, Kingfisher Plaza, Concorde, Canberra, Comet and Kingfisher Towers.

UB Tower - the tallest structure in Karnataka as on date, measuring up to a height of 123 m, the tower houses the UB Group offices. Comet has serviced apartments. Concorde and Canberra are two important towers of which lower floors are filled with retail shops and upper with offices. Kingfisher Tower and Kingfisher Plaza have also serviced apartments.

Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum, Bangalore (VITM), a constituent unit of National Council of Science Museums (NCSM), Ministry of Culture, Government of India, was established in memory of Bharat Ratna Sir M. Visvesvaraya.  The building, with a built-up area of 4,000 m 2  (43,000 sq ft), was constructed in  Cubbon Park .
